Ana Popovic at Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley August 18th and 19th, 7:30 pm

Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley presents bluesy-rock guitarist and singer Ana Popovic for two nights and two shows. Band members are Ana Popovic (guitar/vocals), Buthel Burns (bass), Evan Knight (saxophone), Jordan Carr (trumpet) and Jeremy Thomas (drums). Showtimes Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30pm. Doors open at 6:00pm each night.

The award-winning, hard-touring, guitar slinger blends smoking electric funk and slide guitar, jazzy instrumentals and a tight blues groove with soulful, feminine vocals. Add to the mix her incredible stage presence, all of which makes her an irresistible force in the world of contemporary blues music.
