Music on the Square – Mark Hurwitz & Gin Creek August 28th
A two-time nominee for Best Band by the Washington Blues Society, Mark Hurwitz and Gin Creek play jump blues, swing, soul, and roots rock, all with a strong rhythmic feel that keeps dance floors packed. The band features driving piano, wailing saxophone, and multiple dynamic lead vocalists. They maintain a busy schedule of clubs shows throughout the Puget Sound area, and have performed at major festivals and events, including the recent Tacoma July 4th Freedom Fair.
