South Sound Blues Association Holiday Party, Sunday December 12th, 5-9 pm at McMenamins Spanish Ballroom. $10 at the door/SSBA members enter free.

Food and drink can be purchased from the McMenamins staff. Raffle tickets will be given to all at entry. Twenty raffle tickets will be drawn for prizes. Extra tickets will be available at $5. each.

Michele D’Amour and The Love Dealers, Mark Hurwitz and Gin Creek, and Eric Madis as musical guests.
Michele D’Amour is a born storyteller and award-winning songwriter who penned her first song at the age of six and became a published poet in her early twenties. Her lyrics treat difficult topics with a sense of soulful whimsy and wry humor. “There is nothing like a good solid blues rhythm coupled with an amazing female voice that understands the true sound of the blues”.  – LA Music Critic
Mark Hurwitz and Gin Creek play an average of 50 shows a year, a tribute to their ability to entertain a variety of audiences in all kinds of venues, from clubs to music festivals to community events to casinos. Their music spans blues, old school r&b, roots rock, and funk.
Eric Madis is an American recording artist known for his acoustic, electric and slide guitar skills, soulful vocals, dynamic arrangements of blues and jazz classics and original acoustic compositions.

McMenamins Spanish Ballroom is committed to protecting the health and well-being of music fans, artists, and industry staff. All entering must meet one of these conditions for entry to Spanish Ballroom shows:1) Be at least two weeks past receiving their second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or a single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Vaccination card or photo of vaccine card on phone must be provided along with photo ID.
OR
2) Show proof of a negative PCR COVID test within 72 hours preceding the show, along with photo ID. Test must be medically administered. At-home tests not accepted.Children under 12 are excepted from this policy, but all attendees – including children under 12 — must wear face masks at all times except when eating or drinking.
