He became a recording engineer with television production eventually owning a small studio writing over 200 of his own songs. His shows always incorporate at least six originals. He is a member of both the SSBA and the Washington Blues Society. He often visits musicians in Vegas helping in the studio playing guitar\, bass piano or mandolin and also performs at the annual ‘Jam on the Rocks’ Blues Jam each year with other international musicians. Bruce was born in Pasadena CA and currently resides in the Centralia area in Washington.\n\nBACKLASH BackLash is a 5-piece cover band playing a variety of rock\, country and blues music. Their selection of songs are classic hits that evoke good memories of another time and place. The band consists of Drums\, Bass\, Keyboard\, two Guitars\, Harmonica and four vocalists. The band has been together since 2011 playing throughout the South Sound and is based out of Olympia\, Washington.

Additionally\, during this time\, Rafael became a skilled music producer\, with past and ongoing projects in the works. DESCRIPTION:Canned Heat\n\nThu\, May 28 @ 7:30PM \nMainstage Theatre\, 216 Union Street\, Seattle \n\n\nFounded in 1966\, Canned Heat rose to fame because their knowledge and love of blues music was both wide and deep. Canned Heat attained three worldwide hits with their rock anthems “On The Road Again\,” “Going Up The Country\,” and “Let’s Work Together.” They secured their niche in rock ‘n roll history with their performances at the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival and a headlining slot at the original Woodstock Festival in 1969. \nNow\, almost sixty years later and with forty albums to their credit\, Canned Heat is still going strong. They have been anchored throughout the past fifty-eight years by the steady hand of drummer/band leader and historian\, Adolfo “Fito” de la Parra. Continuing on into his eighteenth year\, New Orleans’ legend\, Dale Spalding is on harmonica\, guitar and lead vocals and for the past four years\, inventive bassist\, Rick Reed became part of the lineup after stints with Paul Butterfield\, John Mayall and the Chicago Blues Reunion. The newest addition on lead guitar and vocals is the incredible Jimmy Vivino. Jimmy is best known for his 28 year association as guitarist\, arranger and music director for Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
