Don Forsyth is an innovative guitarist with deep blues influences and an unconventional expansive and expressive style. Diane Forsyth is a singer and bass playing songwriter with soul\, folk\, country and interstellar influences. \nBlue Healers won the 2023 IBC solo/duo category and represented Washington State in Memphis in January 2024. In the 2024 Best Blues Awards\, they won Best Solo/Duo\, Best New Blues Act and Best Female Vocalist. Don was nominated Best Acoustic Blues guitar 2023 by the Washington Blues Society and best blues band by the Seattle Weekly in 2009. \nThey released the full-length album Transmissions in March 2023 and an EP of all original blues songs in Winter 2023.
